Great experience! Crew was quick and efficient. They were able to level our home(concrete slab)in 2 days. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. Justin the supervisor addresses all of our needs and was always available. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
I had my foundation repaired about a week ago, and so far I’ve had a great experience. From the initial inspection and estimate through the completion of the work, the entire process was smooth, quick, and professional. The crew worked hard, stayed organized, and treated my property with respect. Cameron, the supervisor, did an excellent job communicating throughout the project and made sure everything was completed as promised. The team was punctual, courteous, and answered my questions along the way, which gave me confidence in the work being performed. To be clear, this review is based on my experience before and during the foundation repair. Since the work was only completed a week ago, I can’t speak to the long-term results, warranty service, or any future adjustments that may or may not be needed. However, based on everything I’ve experienced up to this point, they have been true professionals, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for foundation repair.

I would heartily recommend Hercules for foundation repairs. The work was quoted at a very reasonable rate. The original start date was not to be for several weeks from the quote date, but a cancellation at the last minute bumped me up to starting the next week. Work commenced quickly, on a Monday, and due to a torrential rain downpour, was not completed as scheduled, but WAS finished that same week.
Both Collin and Mark were very easy to talk to, and everything was explained in layman's terms, no mumbo jumbo or trade jargon. My house is over 80 years old, on a pier and beam foundation, and it feels like a new house again, after being releveled. My experience with Eddie was excellent from the moment he arrived for the home inspection. Before getting started, he asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood the process. He then took the elevation measurements and, once he finished, took the time to thoroughly explain the elevation diagram. He walked me through all the measurements, pointed out the differences in elevation, and explained what to expect moving forward. Unlike other companies that simply took measurements and said they would send me the results later, Eddie took the time to educate me. He walked around the property with me, showed me the elevation differences firsthand, and made sure I understood everything. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me. Instead, I felt like he genuinely wanted me to understand the service I was receiving regardless what company I would work with. What really stood out was the time and effort Eddie invested in educating me. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer questions made this a great experience.
